This vintage secretaire from the 1960s/70s will be ready to live a new life with a fabulous makeover! 

The desk has 3 drawers and curvy legs with a large drop down desk and supporting pull-outs. Plenty of space for storing your nik-naks on the inside or this section can be removed if preferred.

What colour do you see? Dark grey, or a crisp neutral or a vibrant mustard or cranberry. Just let me know what you would like. Vintage secretaire

This piece can be restyled to match your interior. Price indicated is for one colour on the outside and a different colour inside. Any extra details which are agreed will be priced separately. ie. stencils, wallpaper, tissue decoupage, gold/copper leaf, photos, transfers. 

All furniture is fully cleaned, taken apart, sanded and degreased, hardware and handles are removed (replaced if necessary) and your new look is recreated. I can also do a matt or satin top coat for extra protection is required.

You are welcome to come and collect the piece once it is ready, or delivery to your home address can be arranged at rates calculated by KM similar to Brenger. I will contact you after you have placed your order to book the work in my diary and arrange timing of the delivery.

Terms & Conditions for Bespoke Restyled Furniture

  1. A signed contract is required at the start of all commissioned pieces. This will be sent to you once you have placed your order. 
  2. A 50% non-refundable deposit of total estimated cost is payable prior to or at the time of collection or placement of order.
  3. Remaining balance due is payable on or before delivery of the item. If item is being shipped outside NL, remainder is payable prior to item departing for shipping.
  4. Transport costs for collection & delivery are payable by the buyer.
  5. Extra costs (other than those estimated above) to be incurred will be discussed in advance and mutually agreed. eg. this could be related to damage repair, only apparent after collection, or a change to the work as described above.
  6. Buyer will be kept informed during the restyling process of expected completion time, should this differ from the estimated date above.
  7. Storage costs of €10 a day will be incurred if the delivery / collection of completed item is not arranged within one week of completion.
  8. If for any reason you decide not to take the finished item, the deposit is non-refundable and Amsterdam Vintage Style retains the right to sell, donate, or dispose of the furniture piece.
  9. Humidity and extreme temperatures can delay the finish drying time.
  10. You will receive a care card on delivery with instructions on how to care for your piece after refinishing.
  11. By signing the commission contract, you agree to the above terms & conditions of Amsterdam Vintage Style, as well as the price estimate above and verbal confirmation of additional fees for services / repairs.
