Vintage upcycled restyled drinks cabinet gin bar Whiskey
This fabulous vintage sideboard was completely stripped back of all its crusted and chipped varnish and the beautiful grain of the original wood veneer appeared!!
Instead of completely painting this piece, the customer and I agreed to keep the top part in wood and finish it in a protective oil.
The rest of the piece was painted in Hazelwood and Coal Black and the metal frame was brought back to life with a black metal finisher. All the hardware was revived aswell as the internal drinks mechanisms.

Vintage Longboard Highboard Drinks cabinet restyled “Whiskey”
A lovely client in Het Gooi contacted me to see if I could find her and restyle the ultimate whiskey drinks cabinet as a gift for her husband.
Working together and exchanging lots of ideas and photos I found this piece and she put her faith in me to restyle it to perfectly match her wishes. Even picking out the colours of the bespoke painting of their wedding. I visited their beautiful home and we decided on a Hazelwood exterior, changing the colour of the metal
